Packing Instructions

NOTE: If you are returning your item due to a change of heart, we will need all original packaging materials included in your return to offer you a full refund. If your return arrives without its original packaging materials, your reimbursement will be subject to a 40% re-packaging fee.

Humidors and Fragile Items

1. Fully wrap the humidor in tissue paper, before placing it inside its gift box. 

• Note: We do not accept humidors that are returned with scratches or other defects due to improperly protecting the exterior of the humidor.

2. Use the original shipping box or purchase one rated for 200 lbs. 

3. You must put at least 2 inches of packing peanuts around all sides of the gift box, which is placed inside the shipping box. 

4. Tape the return shipping label over the original label.

5. Bring your parcel to a UPS Store and ask the clerk to scan the label.

Lighters and All Other Items

1. Empty your lighter of butane and wipe the lighter of any excess fuel.

• Note: We do not accept items that are returned with scratches or other defects from use.

2. Use the original shipping box or purchase one rated for 200 lbs. 

3. You must put padding around all sides of each item.

4. Tape the return label over the original label.

5. Bring your parcel to a UPS Store and ask the clerk to scan the label.

Summary of Return Policy

1. Returns can be initiated up to 30 days from your order delivery date.

2. We inspect all returns and the results are sent via email.

3. Refunds, replacements, exchanges, and store credits are processed within 10 business days of receiving a return.

4. Returns based on a changed mind will not receive a credit for the original shipping charge paid by the customer.

5. Store credits are available through your customer account.
